From the moment we arrived, Garen provided exceptional support, patience, and professionalism that truly made this a special moment for our family. My mom is elderly, and we were exploring different RAV4 trims together. Garen took the time to really understand what she needed, especially the safety features and comfort details that matter for someone who regularly drives her grandchildren. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure my mom felt heard at every step. Since I was translating things into Spanish for her, I appreciated how culturally understanding and respectful he was throughout the process. He never rushed us and always approached my mom with kindness and patience. One of the biggest things that stood out was how hard Garen worked to secure the exact car my mom wanted. The model was not available on the Vallejo lot, but he went above and beyond to locate it at another dealership and have it brought over. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He gave us multiple ways to contact him, responded to every message, and made sure we always knew what was happening next. His reliability and responsiveness made everything so much easier. Once the car arrived, Garen spent a significant amount of time going over every button, feature, and setting. He explained all the safety functions, walked my mom through the screen controls, and made sure she felt completely comfortable and confident. His patience, knowledge, and calm guidance meant so much to us. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. He truly focused on what was best for my mom. We also traveled from far away, and even when we arrived early, he made sure we were taken care of. He showed us where everything was in the dealership and made the space feel welcoming. His interpersonal communication was excellent, and overall he made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personalized. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Leslie in the finance department. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went through every single step of the financing process in a clear and patient way. She explained all the available packages, answered every question, and was extremely respectful of my budget. Not once did I feel pressured or confused. The way she broke down each detail made everything incredibly easy to understand. She was professional, warm, and very supportive, which made the last part of the process smooth and stress-free. Toyota Vallejo is incredibly fortunate to have people like Garen and Leslie. They both showed genuine care, strong communication, cultural understanding, and real dedication to their customers. Because of them, my mom’s retirement car purchase was not just smooth but meaningful and memorable. I highly recommend asking for Garen and working with Leslie if you are considering a vehicle here.
