Michael the service manager, personally reached out to me and completely changed my experience. He treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine attention. It was time to take my Corolla Cross in for its standard oil change under the prepaid plan. I liked how the service writer kindly added the requested tire rotation to my service without charge. I also appre oil change under the prepaid plan. I liked how the service writer kindly added the requested tire rotation to my service without charge. I also appreciated the mechanic backing in my car when it was parked into the space for pickup. Although it has a backup camera, I'm still nervous backing out of parking spaces, especially in crowded lots that are unfamiliar to me. In addition, I noticed that the Toyota mechanics sounded their horns whenever they existed the service bays as they were entering the roadway. I worked at Unocal and Goodyear in the past and can appreciate good safety practices -- kudos to the staff and the service manager for running a professional shop! This is why I enjoy being a Toyota owner. 😊 More
