I was really excited about buying my new car here, but unfortunately the experience ended up being pretty disappointing. During the sale, I specifically asked the salesman whether there was a second ke unfortunately the experience ended up being pretty disappointing. During the sale, I specifically asked the salesman whether there was a second key. I never received an answer. When I came back two days later to pick up the car, the employee who helped me told me that a new key would be made for me. Naturally, I took him at his word. A few days later, I followed up with the salesman who sold me the car and was told that they would NOT be providing the additional key after all. It’s not even just about the key—it’s the lack of communication and follow-through. If I had simply been told upfront that the car only came with one key, that would have been one thing. Being told a key would be made and then having that walked back afterward is what bothers me. I’ve also brought my vehicles here for service for years, which makes the whole situation even more disappointing. I was hoping buying a car from a dealership I already trusted would be a better experience. More
