We strive to keep our service customers informed of the progress our team is making on their vehicles. I looked into your communication with the team and our call logs show two calls to your phone number of record from Letizia on Friday, 8/9 at 4:09 PM and 4:15PM and two additional calls placed by Omar the next day at 9:26 AM and 12:37 PM. Perhaps we had the incorrect number or you were frustrated by missed calls and the need to leave messages. I know the teams are very busy attending to other customer.
