There are times where we feel we have satisfied you as a customer and that turns out to not be the case. Jack, I can't fix the past service experience you had but I would like to provide you with a free oil change and give us the opportunity to earn your trust back here at Bozard. Alia, this will be my last response. Yes they did finally fix the issue after a lot of visits and my time. My issue is not with the last visit but the overall experience. It was horrible!! The fact that you don't see that explains why you have an issue. When I buy a car I'm looking for a dealership for life. Service after the sale is paramount to me, probably more so than the deal on the sale. In fact the sale was a great experience. One of the mechanics even commented to me that there were too many customers coming in for service and they were not staffed to do it justice. The only reason I took the survey and have had this dialog with you is to make you aware, now what you do with it is up to you. I'm not impressed based on my past experience with Toyota, Lexus, and Cadillac...they are the standard.
