Very professional. He worked as a team with Jim Duran from the Lincoln side to help me identify a new vehicle when I was coming out of a lease. He developed a straightforward price estimate without a bunch of crazy add ons like “free air in your tires for life”. The test drives are a good experience and there is no pressure to “trap the sale.” They let you come to the decision on your own. I have bought from Bozard before and have always found the sales and service staff courteous. No hassles or conflicts. The service department is sharp and gets on things right away. Between my Step Father ,Mom , Father and Step Mom brother myself since 1982. And .i was suppose to go in to have my 2013 F-150 worked on and was talking to Mrs Sonya Miller in the quick lube and told me about a sale up front and recommend to me to see MS Jena Thomas, Ms Thomas showed me a 2018 F-150 XL and she presented me a good deal and Mr Patrick Robertson helped alot with a decent trade in allowance for my 2013 F-150 STX , Mr Garcia arranged the financing and added a few toys to make my life easier and all but the few things I had to purchase for it Was done by Mr Billy Arndt due to a Mis communication on my part I had to wait about 3 hrs to finish deleivery of the new truck wasnt nobodies fault but mine and mine alone for that screw up. but The most interesting very polite and very cheerful young lady was the "Director of First impressions" Ms Hailey I really enjoyed her inner beauty as well as her friendliness and she actually cared if I was being cared for and comfortable Her Mom did a good job with her being soo young and all I took her for being much Older! LOL the only compliant i have is some of the Toys and gadgets where over priced and expensive you could get less else where like Oreilleys or Napa prime example is rain shades for the doors $130.00 when I got them at O'Reilleys same thing for $85.00 big difference but hey the people are great clean and Fun dealership had the deal done in a matter of 2 to 2 hrs 30 min . i was suppose to pick up the new truck on Saturday but went on Friday afternoon instead, see not their Fault at all I had to wait it was my fault for failure to talk to these folks !In the past i have dealt with Mr Bressler in the quick lube and Ms Bueno and Mrs ( Roberson) Miller now I wish her and her New husband the best in their new life together all are great diligent people > And I knew Letti and Bo Bozard most of my Life we all grew up together .! Its like coming home and doing business with friends and keeping our money Local in the ST Augustine community. More
