I gave the ratings of all 5's because these people went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. Not only did Jeff look into the problem I explained but had t went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. Not only did Jeff look into the problem I explained but had the service team do a complete check up on everything. Other issues came up and I was able to get them fixed without having to keep coming back for more repairs. Letti was wonderful and always happy to see me or talk to me. The entire Bozard Ford family made me feel like a family member. I have recommended them to all my friends and to my son. I like that Bozard Ford is family owned and operated. I will continue to use Bozard Ford even though I live up in North Jacksonville. I am more than happy to drive the hour to have my truck serviced where I feel like family and know I am being treated fairly and getting EXCELLENT quality work at a fair price. I also like that they support local schools and local sports clubs throughout the area. It shows a commitment to the community as well.
