We will be forever grateful to her for her compassion and understanding of our situation. What a pleasure to work with! A salesman who listens to me! I visited almost every dealership in a 25 mile radius of Fleming Island to replace my 2003 Caravan. I changed my mind several times- as I was looking I visited almost every dealership in a 25 mile radius of Fleming Island to replace my 2003 Caravan. I changed my mind several times- as I was looking for interior roominess, certain features such as leather and a back up camera, plus the ability to tow up to 3500 lbs. I looked at vehicles ranging from pickup trucks to small SUV's. I wanted to do be a repeat customer of Bozard (we also have a 2012 Ford Focus), as I recently joined the Rotary Club of St Augustine where Letti is also a member, and knowing how much Bozard does for the community. I visited Buddy about 5 times, and on each visit he asked me questions to help assess my true needs. FINALLY, I realized that I was looking at the wrong vehicles for my needs! He showed me a 2013 Ford Explorer and I fell in love! He was extremely patient, texted me whenever a vehicle matching my needs came onto their inventory, always had a vehicle parked near the door ready to test drive, saving me valuable time. Thank you to Tom Reinard, one of the Sales Desk Managers, and to AJ in finance who did a terrific job. I will gladly refer my family, friends and my VyStar members to Buddy for their purchasing needs. He is a true professional who listens to his customers' needs in a vehicle and aims to deliver! Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to You know the saying, "You Don’t Know What You Have Until It’s Gone?" Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to spend a few hours at Tom Bush BMW. You pull up into the service lane, no one comes to see you. You walk in, no one talks to you for a good 5-10 minutes. You finally get checked in after you overhear the service manager say, "Well, she's 15 minutes early," and no one talks to you. No one asks you if you'd like some water. If you'd like to know what interent to use while you wait. If you'd like a snack. Or maybe a ride to the Town Center. If you'd like somewhere to sit comfortably while you wait. Disney World may be called the best place on earth, but Bozard Ford is a close second. I wish there was a Bozard BMW. But a dream is a wish your heart makes. More

Tom once again sold us our 2nd truck in two weeks. This time a used Chevrolet.
