I began working with Uftring Nissan over 8 years ago, since November 2005. I am from the Peoria area originally, was raised in East Peoria, and now I currently reside in Peoria. I have one wonderful son, Joseph! I enjoy cooking, gardening and reading. Playing piano most of my life, I also enjoy all types of music. Selling vehicles isn't about "just moving a piece of metal off the curb," it's about respect, honesty and building relationships. I enjoy meeting new people, assisting them with their purchase and helping them enjoy the purchase process. Nissan is a fabulous brand with good quality and reliability. Uftring Nissan has a real family atmosphere. Everyone with their unique personalities work well throughout each sales, service and parts departments. Every customer can expect honesty and a true interest in their needs. As for purchasing from me, it's complete follow-up from the initial sale to the years of ownership.

I always have a great experience at Upfting Nissan! I have purchased 3 cars from Uftring in the past 7 years and for the last 2 cars, Tim was my guy! When I am ready to trade my 2014 Murano, I will go I have purchased 3 cars from Uftring in the past 7 years and for the last 2 cars, Tim was my guy! When I am ready to trade my 2014 Murano, I will go back to Tim at Uftring. Tim is outstanding when it comes to a great customer service experience! He is very knowledgeable on Nissan technology and highlighted the features he knew were important to me, and he didn't mind taking the time I needed to make a decision. I never felt rushed or pushed, Tim is a very patient person. Buying a car can be stressful for me, but I have fun and really enjoy the process at Uftring. Everyone at the dealership is welcoming, friendly and attentive, even if I just drop by to say hello. Most importantly, I get a deal that I am happy with! More

I recently purchased a 2014 Pathfinder, from Uftring Nissan. The most interesting part of my experience, I was not shopping for a new vehicle when I walked into the dealership. Abe Monla greeted me and we initia The most interesting part of my experience, I was not shopping for a new vehicle when I walked into the dealership. Abe Monla greeted me and we initially talked about previously owned vehicles. Abe was knowledgeable, informative, and professional as we discussed a deal. At the same time Abe was polite, with a sense of humor as we talked. Abe showed me a number of vehicles and I was drawn to the Pathfinder and after driving one and finding it in blue, my favorite color. Abe worked with me and the sales staff to reach an agreement that same day. The staff I dealt with was courteous and professional answering all of my questions, and made it possible for me to buy this Pathfinder at a fair price. I toured the Service Dept, which was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. I look forward to many years driving my Pathfinder and having the Uftring staff taking care of my needs. Great, low-pressure buying experience Alex was very helpful in my initial email inquiries, as well as on the phone and during our visit. I can attest to that even more after my latest experience. I had purchased a factory certified 2010 Altima. Throughout a year of driving i noticed a significant number of what appeared to be intermittent electrical warning issues. Knowing intermittent problems are sometimes difficult to solve I expressed my concerns to Chris Rocke. He was very understanding. He discussed my problem with Jim Swigert, the manager. We worked together and they presented me with a proposal that was more than fair. I left with my new Altima 2013 that day. More
