Excellent Sales Service and Communication! We found a car online and drove, 183 miles from Palatine IL. Lettie, the online manager, was very helpful in providing all the information we needed as well as very reasonable communicator, without making me fight for the deal. I hate fighting on an agreement, you start to loose some luster for your purchase . I am also a little picky. I do not just by an item, I buy what I want or nothing at all. It was the right car at the right price. I was a little concerned that the dealership was so far away and if we had issues it would be hard to resolve. They did do a proper review of the car and after driving it for a week it is all good, there was 1 minor issue, no one would notice unless you drove it for a week, I did buy a used car after all. The key is to get what you pay for, I think got a little more. I would highly recommend this dealership, I do know a little bit about product quality.
