Overall very pleasant My experience with Hudson Ford was relatively quick and painless, with that being credited to Lynn and Levi. When I first started shopping for a new My experience with Hudson Ford was relatively quick and painless, with that being credited to Lynn and Levi. When I first started shopping for a new F-150, I must have reached out to 15 dealerships around the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. None were as responsive and willing to go above and beyond as Lynn at Hudson Ford. I'll mention that a vast majority of dealerships didn't even want to speak to me about numbers until I was standing in the dealership. Lynn, on the other hand, knew it was important that I get a deal worked out before driving in, and she took the time to work out some scenarios so I knew exactly what I was getting into before visiting. Lynn even went as far as trying to rush out to the lot before it got too dark in the evening to snap a few photos for me so I could see the actual truck and not just the stock photos. Lynn didn't apply any pressure or sales tactics, and that was perfect. during my actual visit, everything was quick and painless, from the appraisal of my trade-in to signing finance papers. Any concerns I had were addressed right away and they made sure I wasn't leaving with questions unanswered. When it came time to sign the finance paperwork, Levi was prompt and to the point. Levi made sure we not only had everything we needed, but that we also understood everything we were signing. Overall my experience was very pleasant and I look forward to working with Lynn, Levi, and the Hudson Ford team in the future. More
