Felt bad that i took up so much of debra’s time (probably 5 or 6 hours ) trying to decide which car i wanted. But she was so nice, very patient and very helpful. She reached out to me the day before to find 5 or 6 hours ) trying to decide which car i wanted. But she was so nice, very patient and very helpful. She reached out to me the day before to find out if i had a particular car in mind and took my general information to get started with credit application, went over the process with me by phone and when i got there on Saturday she had a car and the keys waiting for me to test drive. It was an awful rainy day but she walked the lot with me and never left my side. All the staff was attentive, and very friendly. Did not feel stressed, rushed or pressured during my decision process. Chris made the finance side very easy and walked us thru step by step. And greg the sales manager was a super nice guy who stopped by several times to see if we had any questions or needed any help and to make sure my son was still enjoying the car he bought about a month ago. Very relaxed atmosphere and a very nice facility. More
