The only negative point in the process remains the historical and long standing sales pitch given by the finance person. The customer has worked out all the details with the sale person. Then, the customer sits with the finance person who now trys to sell additional options that need to be decided at that time. This can be very confusing for a new customer who now sits there looking at all the additional ad-ons to the sales price. Having this information presented by the sales person seems much more straight forward. More

Lew and Frank worked as a team to help me find the vehicle I was interested in. They had to search other dealerships. Within minutes of submitting for a quote via internet on December 30th, I received a call from Lew Ash at Crown. He 'qualified' me and we discussed what I required in a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. We also discussed something that I was interested in having and would have put in later...remote car starter. Lew asked for a little time to check inventory and see what he could find, so we made an appointment to meet later that day. When I arrived he suprised me with a vehicle that included both my requirements as well as the remote car starter. My first impression was that I immediately was trusting this guy with listening to me and doing his best on my behalf. So I knew I was buying an SUV. The car had to be brought in from somewhere, so the next day, December 31st, I arrived and got a fantastic vehicle, great customer service from Lew, and left a fan of both Crown and Jeep. I had visited several dealerships in the Columbus, Ohio area searching for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I entered Crown it was very busy and immediately thought that I was going to be waiting and may no area searching for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Almost immediately I was introduced to Lew, who happens to share my name, and we got right to work. Since I had already done my work and knew what I wanted, Lew was very attentive to where I was in the process and we were able to move through a deal on a new Jeep quickly and within the target price range I was looking for.
