We had a great experience at Mazda New Rochelle. Dumitru, our salesperson, was extremely helpful, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The sales manager was also very professional and easy to work with, which made a big difference. What really stood out was how efficient the process was—we were able to close the deal in just 30 minutes, which was impressive. Compared to other Mazda locations we visited, this dealership truly stood out for its customer service and overall approach.
