Lex found me wandering the used car lot. I had found the car I wanted online and wanted to lay eyes on it. "Don't you worry, we'll find it," he said. We went inside to a sunny corner of the I had found the car I wanted online and wanted to lay eyes on it. "Don't you worry, we'll find it," he said. We went inside to a sunny corner of the dealership, windows all around, and I was immediately at ease. He answered every question I had, showed me instant comparisons on his computer and found the car. I then watched as he drove it right to the door (just feet away from my sunny corner). As I sat comfortably in the RAV4 Lex explained all the features before the test drive. When I decided this was the one, the paperwork was a breeze. Even John the finance guy explained everything quickly and made my experience quite painless. I really didn't know car dealerships could be stressless, friendly and human. What a delight! Thank you Lex for being the best! Bless you my friend. More

Lex seems to enjoy his job very much and honestly wants to do the right thing for the customer (not sell something they do not wish to). He is very professional, easygoing, and friendly to work with. Miguel was also very pleasant to work with and quickly responded to my inquiry regarding the vehicle. I appreciate that when Miguel could not assist us, Lex stepped in, and the two of them worked together to ensure we had a good buying experience. I would recommend this dealership and will look here in the future. More
