I would recommend if they continue to place customers as a priority. I was amazed that I didn’t have to wait hours for a simple oil change. I would always dred to get my oil change done. Always great service! In the middle of the worst cold and power outage San Angelo has seen in ten years, I had a flat tire! I called Lexi in the service dept. and even though it was the end of the day, she d power outage San Angelo has seen in ten years, I had a flat tire! I called Lexi in the service dept. and even though it was the end of the day, she did not hesitate in sending someone to help me out. When JP got to me, he not only made sure my tire was inflated, but he also followed me over to the dealership to be sure I made it safely. I truly appreciate the wonderful service from both Lexi and JP! More

Where do I start! First, I took my Dodge Dart to get the shifter cable fixed again after they allready did the recall 3 monthes ago. They tried to charge me 600 dollars to fix what they allready fixed 3 mon shifter cable fixed again after they allready did the recall 3 monthes ago. They tried to charge me 600 dollars to fix what they allready fixed 3 monthes ago. After I through a fit they didnt charge me. I then took my Dodge Ram Eco Diesel in for a recall. So they call me and say that the fluid reservoir was cracked and a hose was leaking. Ok, I told them to fix it. I get a bill for around 800 dollars. I looked the parts up and OEM parts total was around 200 dollars. So I questioned the lady I was dealing with and asked her why it was so much. She then gave me a generic answer. I was totally pissed at this point. I told her to take the parts off, put my old ones back on and I would take it to my mechanic. I had allready talked to my mechanic after she said the could nock off 10%. My response was, are you kidding me! She then asked what I would be willing to pay. I told her what my mechanic qouted me. She then said was 400 dollars ok. So they went from 800 dollars to 400, what a scam. I wonder how many people who dont know any better they srew over like this. I will NEVER BUY or have my vehicle worked on at this dealership again. More
