I came in for an oil change on May 2nd. There was not any oil dripping from the vehicle afterwards or the smell of burnt oil, so it was an improvement from a previous visit, in that regard. Alexia was very friendly, professional, and helpful. However, upon pick-up of the vehicle, there were two areas on the driver side door that were damaged that were not there when I brought the vehicle in. I notified Alexia and a gentleman with gray hair and glasses behind the desk of the new damage. They both apologized for the damaged, and said the service manager would call me on May 4th. Overall, the oil change went well, but I am extremely disappointed that the business that serviced my vehicle caused damage to it, especially since it was done by a person(s) whos profession it is to service vehicles. The standard of care for someone damaging a vehicle while servicing it is to inform and apologize to the customer of the damage and then inform the customer of how the damage will be undone or compensated for. I should not have to leave a service department with the expectation that my car has been we'll serviced, only to discover that my vehicle was damaged in the process. If the previously mentioned damage is not repaired or compensated for, this will be the only Chrysler vehicle that I purchase. More
