Well all you need to know is see their Yelp ratings. I had people locally say don't do business with them but just thought that was some sour apples. My bad...probably should have researched that more before my purchased. On 5/25/2026, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Well of course they're gonna be attentive with a potential customer. It now 7/17/2026 and I still don't have my vehicle registration. I contacted them numerous times to get a status update and all i get is "we're looking into it". I'm about to have a Jeep I can't drive because it doesn't have a registration sticker. I've already been stopped for not having a sticker displayed. Horrible customer service. But to be honest, this one is on me. I should have listened to what people told me and do more research. One thing is not sure, I won't make that mistake again. Like others tried- you've been warned.
