Had vehicle inspected, was told it passed, except needed tires. They said to just bring the car back, no appointment needed, after getting new tires, and they would put a sticker on. Soooo, I brought the tires. They said to just bring the car back, no appointment needed, after getting new tires, and they would put a sticker on. Soooo, I brought the car back, expecting someone to be qualified enough to verify that the tires were brand new, and apply the new inspection sticker. I waited an hour in their waiting area, got impatient, and went to check on the status of the “Walk-In, no appointment necessary” new tire confirmation for the new Inspection Sticker. There was my key, sitting on the desk, apparently waiting for me to magically surmise that it was ready. If you’re unable to verify that the tires are new without putting the vehicle on a lift, and there isn’t a dedicated lift, and technician, for said verification, then it only makes sense to require an appointment… Unless I’m the only one who dislikes waiting over an hour for a “Walk in verification” of brand new tires. Whoever made this policy should probably be transferred to a less responsible position, where they won’t negatively impact Customer Experience… That is if Customer satisfaction matters to you. This was completely unacceptable, and avoidable with proper foresight. I don’t recommend that you trust their “Walk in” appointment and demand an actual appointment so that you have a more realistic expectation of what your waiting time will be. Seriously pathetic. Update: Still haven’t heard back concerning this review, which speaks volumes about their “Customer Service”, but my wife just pointed out the damage done by their “Service Technician” when removing the old Inspection Sticker. Obviously I was too annoyed to notice after the extremely disappointing experience I had, but I’ll keep you updated on whether they make any attempt to resolve this issue. As things get more expensive these days, I encourage you to consider my own experience with Rowe Hyundai Auburn before agreeing to do business with them with your hard earned money. More

My wife went in the first time and specifically said to put the truck on the diagnostic tool and if the truck needed a starter to replace it. She was told, it only needed a new battery and only charged us put the truck on the diagnostic tool and if the truck needed a starter to replace it. She was told, it only needed a new battery and only charged us half on the diagnostic. She had to return a different day because there wasn't a battery in stock. The day she returned, they didn't order it so she had to wait while they run to NAPA to get one. The next week, the truck wouldn't start again. My wife calls to set up an appointment to get a starter put in. This time I go in for the appointment. I was at the dealership at 1130 for a 130 appointment. They brought the truck in before 1 and at 150 it was sitting outside. At 250 they come to tell me they put it on the diagnostic and it needs a starter. I told them when I had checked in that it needed a starter. They are saying no one told them it needed a starter. Now they say we have to wait for another date and use more of our time, pay our gas and who knows how much more money!! More
