To begin with it is a very nice facility, new, very clean and well organized. Having never even considered a Hyundai I was not sure what to expect. I had spoken with Chris Singleton the day before and found and well organized. Having never even considered a Hyundai I was not sure what to expect. I had spoken with Chris Singleton the day before and found very helpful, not pushy at all and the the next day when I cam e by unannounced to meet him it was unfortunately his day off. Instead I was met at the door Dean Siibaldi who I have to say impressed me as the consummate professional and a very sharp dresser. Dean showed me a Sonata SEL Plus and was very patient answering all my questions and helping me understand their Hyundai Family approach to working with their customers. I left that day but Dean had left me with his card so we began goin back and forth with text messages. I cam e home and decided I wanted leather interior so I scheduled a trip back on Friday to look at a Sonata LTD. Met Dean who introduced me to Chris and we looked at the car worked on a deal with the manager and I left to think it all over. Finally decided to just go ahead and buy the car which we did on Saturday. Great process. Chris and Dean worked to get everything together with the car and the trade ad when Lexi was ready to get things closed they haded me off to her. She was also very professional and since I had actually done the job she was responsible for in an earlier part of my life it was obvious she knew what she was doing. Quick and easy well organized and out to the car to head home. So far I love it. I am also looking forward to working with Hyundai and Allen Turner Hyundai in the coming years. As I said to Dean and Chris while leaving was that it was my hope that the car was as good as all of them were while working with me over the three days we spent on the deal. I hedged my bet and added all the maintenance and warranty items to ten years or 100,000 miles just for the peace of mind and as a hedge against future inflation. There is a lot of cool tech built into this car and in my estimation it isn't going to get any cheaper to fix or replace in the coming years. Never did this while I was working but now that I am retired surprises like thousands in car repairs are no fun as I found out with a Ram Diesel a few years back. To sum it up I am really happy I turned around and just decided to take a look at the car. I met a group of really nice folks that help me along with my decision without being pushy. Now as long as the Vehicle comes through like they did I may just not bother to stop into a Honda or Toyota Dealership ever again. Looking forward to being a well satisfied Hyundai owner. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Efficient, easy, and professional. Everyone I dealt with from the finance department (Lexi was awesome!) to the sales team (Joshua Knafel) ever had. Efficient, easy, and professional. I spent maybe a total of 1 1/2 hours from start to finish buying this car which is a huge plus, they even worked around me having to go back and forth to work and had everything done when I got back. A huge shout out to Joshua Knafel for being such a big help and making sure everything went smoothly, there were no hiccups and no surprises when I got to the end. Overall best experience. Keep up the great work ! More
