I had been on the hunt for a replacement car for about two months when Elite Auto Brokers showed up in my search. I fired off a message and within minutes Matt Singer was in touch. I explained my situation and he quickly arranged to show me the car within a tight window driven by my travel schedule. The car was everything it was advertised to be and Matt was knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was back in two days to pick up my new ride and Matt and Liat made quick work of the final paperwork. This is what car buying should be like every time. I don’t know that I will ever deal with a new car dealership again. Elite auto Brokers has a finely curated inventory and their sales staff has a focus on customer service unmatched by any other. Even though he had dinner plans with his dad, he spent an additional hour helping my wife figure out the car's electronics, etc. Matt and the entire dealership was professional, honest and responsive. I worked with at least 6 other dealerships as I diligently and pragmatically researched this purchase. Let me say there are a lot of people out there that not only are not good sales people, they lack normal social skills. It was often frustrating dealing with folks that simply were not trained to do their job. In contrast, Matt and Elite Auto Brokers get it. I would definitely work with them again. More
