Some of the communication early on left me uncertain about the process. However, once I came in person, my experience completely changed for the better. The team was personable, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer questions, address concerns, and made the buying process feel much more comfortable and transparent. What could have been a missed opportunity turned into a very positive experience, and I’m glad I made the trip in. If you’re negotiating remotely, I’d encourage you to give them a chance in person. The customer service and relationship-building really stood out once I was at the dealership. I will also say they’re offering very competitive financing with Capital One! Once we came to an agreement, Liat in the finance department helped get us through the paperwork quickly and without any additional pressure.
