I scheduled a test drive through their website for the next morning, and I was pleasantly surprised when they called and texted me to confirm the appointment right away. When I arrived, the salesperson was ready for me, and after taking a copy of my license, he asked detailed questions to ensure the car met my needs. The test drive went smoothly, and the car looked and performed exactly as described online. I was initially hesitant about the brand due to reliability concerns, but the salesperson wasn’t pushy. He acknowledged my hesitation and provided additional information, including a Carfax report, which helped ease my concerns. They offered to evaluate my trade-in, and there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I appreciated that my sales rep was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, guiding me through the process without trying to influence my decision. After reviewing the numbers and a brief negotiation, we agreed on the sale. I left to get a cashier’s check and returned later to finalize the purchase. When I came back, all the paperwork was organized and the process took no more than 15 minutes. The entire experience was seamless and efficient, with no hidden surprises. Although I didn’t finance the vehicle (which would likely take longer), my experience was exceptional. I also had to return for two minor items flagged by the authorized brand service, and the team was more than happy to assist me with them. This is my second car I've bought from them and there 91 miles from me. The reason is, there very reasonable in there prices and willingness to work with me to get the best price. When got home and found out they were missing, we call them to let them know. They said they were used in a different vehicle so they took care of it by sending use NEW all weather mats. More
