Even when we moved to NH, we drive down to Gervais because of the quality of service. Out of all the dealerships and service departments that we’ve used, Gervais sales and service are the best. Liliana in particular is amazing- I just went in for an oil change and after not seeing her for 3 years, she remembered me and personal life details. The team is a bunch of genuine real people run by a company that clearly cares about the customer.

notified I was not on the schedule. I explained my situation that I was traveling and way overdue for an oil change. Nicolas spoke with his colleagu
