Lina was a great sales representative to work with. She made sure my car was extra clean before we drove it off the lot. She stayed in touch with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Lina was great. I was lied to earlier by Daniel about a car being on the lot when it wasn't. I drove 45 minutes in traffic to try to buy it but when I got there, the I was lied to earlier by Daniel about a car being on the lot when it wasn't. I drove 45 minutes in traffic to try to buy it but when I got there, there weren't any of the type of cars on the lot. Super terrible customer experience. I was also annoyed that I was given one interest rate which I agreed to, 15 minutes later, I was brought out another contract in which the interest rate was a full percentage higher. Another shady practice. More
