Lina was great. I was lied to earlier by Daniel about a car being on the lot when it wasn't. I drove 45 minutes in traffic to try to buy it but when I got there, the I was lied to earlier by Daniel about a car being on the lot when it wasn't. I drove 45 minutes in traffic to try to buy it but when I got there, there weren't any of the type of cars on the lot. Super terrible customer experience. I was also annoyed that I was given one interest rate which I agreed to, 15 minutes later, I was brought out another contract in which the interest rate was a full percentage higher. Another shady practice. More
