He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made this process a breeze. Patrick is very transparent about interest rates and extended warranty plans. If I have a need for another vehicle or have any friends/family that need a new Ford I plan to send them her way. More

This dealer was very good at face value. It was later that I learned that you cannot take their (finance dept) word and trust what they say. Contracts were different than stated when read over and the 3rd party (told me it was Ford's) warranty program by Millenium is the worst ever. Stick with getting the warranty by Ford from Ford directly. I have never been straight-up lied to by any other dealer in my 30+ years of buying from dealers. I recommend trying another dealer if you can at all do so. More
