Jean Abbatematteo deserves some praise! I purchased a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring from Grieco Johnston in December '23. I spend winters in Florida so the car was delivered to FL and I starte I purchased a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring from Grieco Johnston in December '23. I spend winters in Florida so the car was delivered to FL and I started hearing a clicking sound from the rear end of the car when I was in Florida this year. After several unsuccessful attempts in FL to resolve the issue at two dealerships in the Lauderdale area, I came back to RI and left the car with Jean. To my amazement, she was able to determine that the issue was the axle torque and fixed it! I cannot express my overwhelming gratitude for her perseverance in finding the issue. I am disappointed in the support in FL however thrilled with Jean and the Team at Grieco in RI. KUDOS TO JEAN AND THE SERVICE TEAM IN JOHNSTON!!! More

I’m still waiting for my back rest that were verbally promised to me by at least four different people. I’m still waiting. Crickets. My gas tank door is still messed up. They never addressed that. They did finally fix my heat only after I left a scathing review at the Better Business Bureau. More
