Once I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by Sal Rodriguez. He listened to my needs and had Edurado Mora showed me the car I wanted. The credit process was quite quick and painless. After all the details were done, I sat down with Sal again and he took his time to go over my finance obligation. I told Sal I need to consult my wife before a final decision can be made, and Sal had no issue with that. He even encouraged me to take the time I needed. The next day I returned to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore, and was greeted by Linda Ly. She treated me and my family like royalty. She held me hand all throughout the purchasing process. She even help me with my boothtube. I really enjoyed Norm Reeves Honda Superstore service. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a new Honda. More

I truly appreciate my car dealer because she did more than what she have to. There was one time when it was only the second week, I was driving around my brand new car and I got locked out of the car acc than what she have to. There was one time when it was only the second week, I was driving around my brand new car and I got locked out of the car accidentally. It was on a weekend so most of my friends was out and I realized that all of my keys are inside the car. Then I remembered that Linda (my car dealer) told me that if there is ever anything, again she emphasized on "anything", that I could call her up. So, I called her around 8 PM and she was still working at that time. I told her the situation and she immediately decided to come to where I was, which was probably around 20 minutes away, and called her road assistance membership to come. When she arrived to my location, the road assistant came in less than 10 minutes and opened my car in less than 3 minutes. Without her, I would panicked really bad and nothing will be resolved because I would not be able to think clearly. Rewind a little bit before that event to when I was picking up my brand new car. I was buying a black car, and thought that I could pick it up in the morning but there were some things that came up and so Linda had to wait for me until the late afternoon. The car was all prepared nicely but since I came in late, there was a layer of dust covering it. I felt bad because it was my fault that I was late and didn't tell her earlier. However, there's this one dealer guy passing by and commented about my car. He said it was nice and noticed the layer of dust and unexpectedly, he offer my car to be car washed again! I was so excited about it and totally added the great overall experience. Lastly and probably the most important is that the price that I got for my brand new car is unbeatable. I did my research and after what I have experienced, I really recommend all of you to go for this dealer since they have a big garage, which means they would have more selections available. I am very satisfied with this car dealer because of their service that they do more than required. More
