My wife and I were looking for an SUV. I also found dealerrater.com and saw other's review about Norm Reeves Honda and decided to contact Linda Ly by email since I was out of country. I am telling you...ONLY Linda from Norm Reeves gave me actual numbers. One toyota dealer gave me their discount and Purchasing price but not about leasing. That was it. I got no pricing info or no reply. And I am telling you again, Norm Reeves Deal is a Good one. They are a volume dealer. You will understand once you visit there. I can easily assume they sell a lot for less dollars. End result? one-stop shopping to Linda and So happy with my 2013 Pilot. Oh, I have to memtion Robert Barbee in financing dept. Linda Ly, the sales person that helped me made the process super easy and with absolutely no pressure! I had a unique situation and she definitely took care of me and even beat my credit unions interest rate! I also dealt with Mucio Sanchez, the Finance Manager in no way was Mucio sale method pushy i actually felt 100% comfortable with him and knew he was not trying to up sell me. I was at the dealership for no more then 2 hours and left with my brand new 2012 Honda Civic EX, which i am absolutely in love with. All in all this is a great place to buy a car! We were in the market to buy my mom a brand new CR-V LX and my target date was around 3/22 to coincide with my husband's days off. In searching many dealership inventories online, I only found one in the opal sage color my mom wanted, in Kingman. Lo and behold, on the 22nd, Linda Ly informed me that one just landed. I claimed it, she offered a reasonable price, we didn't even counteroffer, and scooped it up the next day. (I had chosen Linda Ly to work with based on her reviews and she came through.) As this was our 3rd brand new CR-V purchase, this by far was our best experience with financing. Dan Sandu took care of us, was very personable and he gave us a good interest rate. This purchase at this time was definitely the favor of God! We bought here once before and we were happy then, too. More
