My wife and I were looking for an SUV. Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander were perfect fit for our needs so I emailed many, many Honda and Toyota dealerships in our area asking info about leasing (Drive of Toyota Highlander were perfect fit for our needs so I emailed many, many Honda and Toyota dealerships in our area asking info about leasing (Drive off amount, monthly payment, Cap Cost, etc.). I also found dealerrater.com and saw other's review about Norm Reeves Honda and decided to contact Linda Ly by email since I was out of country. I am telling you...ONLY Linda from Norm Reeves gave me actual numbers. One toyota dealer gave me their discount and Purchasing price but not about leasing. That was it. I got no pricing info or no reply. And I am telling you again, Norm Reeves Deal is a Good one. They are a volume dealer. You will understand once you visit there. I can easily assume they sell a lot for less dollars. End result? one-stop shopping to Linda and So happy with my 2013 Pilot. Oh, I have to memtion Robert Barbee in financing dept. He's a great guy, too. Very informative, No pressure and Very professional. More

Linda Ly, the sales person that helped me made the process super easy and with absolutely no pressure! I had a unique situation and she definitely took care of me and even beat my credit unions interest rate! I also dealt with Mucio Sanchez, the Finance Manager in no way was Mucio sale method pushy i actually felt 100% comfortable with him and knew he was not trying to up sell me. I was at the dealership for no more then 2 hours and left with my brand new 2012 Honda Civic EX, which i am absolutely in love with. All in all this is a great place to buy a car!
