My service rep (Jamie) was very professional and explained everything in great detail. Linda the service rep for my paint repair did a great job explaining why it was going to take 3 months to get m explained everything in great detail. My first service experience with Tamiami Hyundai was excellent. My Service Advisor, Linda Midlam, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to educate me about some of the features of my Ko excellent. My Service Advisor, Linda Midlam, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to educate me about some of the features of my Kona and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to address and fix my repair needs. Horrible. 0 contact. No one lets your know what’s going on. They have your car all day and at 5 I have to call and ask what’s going on with my car because NO O 0 contact. No one lets your know what’s going on. They have your car all day and at 5 I have to call and ask what’s going on with my car because NO ONE has talked to me in 10 hours about what’s going on with my car. They say they’ll call me first thing in the morning so im carless and have to uber home and to work. Noon rolls by the next day and NOTHING. Linda was in charge of my car, she is rude, has a bad attitude and communicates nothing. I call to ask when I can pick my car up, someone says Linda is on lunch and will be back in 15 minutes, she’ll call you right when she gets back to let you know about your car. TWO HOURS later I have to call AGAIN. Horrible service. Insanely overpriced for what they wanted to do to my car. I am taking my car somewhere else to get all of the stuff repaired and never coming back here. I will tell anyone that will listen to NEVER go to Hyundai in Naples. Trash. More
