Linda took care of my oil change needs with care and attention to my questions, etc., and printed the coupons I showed on my email so they could be used with my service. She went the extra mile. Service dept kept my car for 5 days. It was a holiday weekend but 5 days and then told me it was a four wheel button pushed ??? The guy who test drove it with me Pushed the Button !!!!! When I called to check if my car was ready, it took all day just to get in touch with someone. If I did reach someone at the dealership, I was transferred around with no real help. I even got transferred t day just to get in touch with someone. If I did reach someone at the dealership, I was transferred around with no real help. I even got transferred to Tamiami Ford twice. Several people told me they would call me back, but that never happened. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 is because of Linda Midlam. She was great when I finally spoke with her, very helpful and doing her best to assist me. Linda is the only positive part of my experience. Without her, I would have given only 1 star. More

Paul Niemiec and Linda Midlam are the 2 advisors that have been very pleasant to work with. Linda has always gone over my previous services with me and advises of what is needed at my this current visit. have been very pleasant to work with. Linda has always gone over my previous services with me and advises of what is needed at my this current visit. She takes her time with all her customers and is very pleasant to speak with. I have had 2 other advisors. Jeremy Gascoigne that just made me feel like my problem ,was just that my problem. The other was Nicole Matos. Not very pleasant. She had the paperwork waiting and had me sign for oil change and tire rotation and said that's all I need. More

Issue with my new car (3,000 miles) not resolved until I returned a second time. Phone system and follow-up on phone calls definitely needs work. Phone calls disconnected twice with no explanation rather returned a second time. Phone system and follow-up on phone calls definitely needs work.
