Very satisfied with the whole process. Anthony, my salesman did a great job of upselling me on something actually worth my while rather than upselling just to upsell. I was originally goin Anthony, my salesman did a great job of upselling me on something actually worth my while rather than upselling just to upsell. I was originally going to get a 2026 Tucson SE and Anthony upselled me to an SEL and I'm very glad he did because now I have extra features like bluelink+ I'd hate not tot have at this point. Jason in finance did an amazing job too. He went to bat for me to his Hyundai Finance people to get me an amazing 0% APR deal on my Tucson and I couldn't be more grateful. To anyone at Hyundai reading this: Anthony & Jason at Tamiami Hyundai are superstars. More

Going to buy a new vehicle is a lot like going to a dentist. Most people hate both. I'm 75 years old and have done this several times but this time was different. I came home relaxed and happy. Michael dentist. Most people hate both. I'm 75 years old and have done this several times but this time was different. I came home relaxed and happy. Michael Johnson was great in explaining everything and in making the deal. Everything was upfront and I was completely satisfied with the numbers. This young man deserves a pat on the back with a hearty "well done"!!✅ More

After purchasing a used Hundai Elantra from Tamiami Hundai in Naples, I began experiencing buyers remorse, most of it due to my failure to fully appreciate the reputation for honesty and dedication to Hundai in Naples, I began experiencing buyers remorse, most of it due to my failure to fully appreciate the reputation for honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction Tamiami Hundai has built up over the years. I contacted the dealership’s Director of Operations, Joy Rautenkranz, regarding my concerns fully expecting a brush off or a less than satisfactory response. What I received instead was the most open and caring response I could have ever imagined. She invited me to come to the dealership and welcomed me into her office. She not only listened to my concerns but also asked the Service Manager to join us and together they made sure all of my concerns were addressed to my complete satisfaction. I left feeling great about having bought the car I did and even better about having done business with Tamiami Hundai. More

I had been shopping at several dealerships over the past few days, and the difference in professionalism was immediately obvious. Emanus was transparent, responsive, and honest throughout the entire process. He did exactly what he said he would do, kept me informed every step of the way, and worked hard to earn my business without any pressure or games. From the moment we were greeted at the door until the time we drove off in our new vehicle, every member of the Tamiami Hyundai team was friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They made what is often a stressful process feel easy. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Tamiami Hyundai. And if you have the opportunity, ask for Emanus. He earned our trust and our business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. More
