I recently purchased two cars from Tamiami Hyundai and traded two Nissan for better Reliability, Customer Satisfaction and the Tamiami Hyundai Service. I had my Santa Fe serviced and in less than 60 minut traded two Nissan for better Reliability, Customer Satisfaction and the Tamiami Hyundai Service. I had my Santa Fe serviced and in less than 60 minutes while I was waiting in their new Customer Lounge with a Latte my car came back washed and 100% Serviced to Hyundai Quality. Tamiami Hyundai is number one in Naples for Total Quality Value. More

Returned for service for the third time. The first two times did not resolve the issue. Returning for service was not a good use of my time and as the saying goes "fool me once, shame on m The first two times did not resolve the issue. I don't know exactly where to point my ire; is it the service technicians, is it the service department or is it a Hyundai design flaw. The cost of the attempt at second repair was covered by Tamiami Hyundai, the cost of the third repair attempt was split between myself an Tamiami Hyundai. Never the less, the entire sequence has been frustrating. More

I do not recommend this dealer. The internet price was hiked up with many extra fees that made no sense. The car I bought from them refused to start very next day. It vibrates on id The internet price was hiked up with many extra fees that made no sense. The car I bought from them refused to start very next day. It vibrates on idle and latch in the trunk doesn’t work to lay the seat flat. I took it back to them explaining that it had to be a starter issue as the battery was fine and key fob was working. They replaced the battery two days later and told me that I was on my own. Here’s the kicker, the service report says that I reported a dead battery. The problem became even worse after that. It went from being an intermittent problem to the car not starting at all. Now the car sits in the driveway unable to start. I have a car payment due next month on a car that’s not even drivable unless I sink even more money into it. Now I wonder what else might be wrong with this car. More

Overpriced quote on a replacement tire. $533 vs. tire center price of just over $300. Reluctantly I am bringing my 2025 Tucson back to have a sensor issue diagnosed. I have a strong feel $533 vs. tire center price of just over $300. Reluctantly I am bringing my 2025 Tucson back to have a sensor issue diagnosed. I have a strong feeling that they will "discover" that the issue is not covered by warranty. If that is the case I will take my car elsewhere for the repairs. I was not happy that a diagnostic test was performed on my initial visit. More
