MY NAME IS LINDA SALINAS, I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN RACINE WISCONSIN. I AM A WIFE AND A STEPMOTHER TO TWO LOVELY ADULT YOUNG LADIES AND HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 18 YEARS. I HAVE THREE DOGS WHICH ARE MY FUR BABIES, LOVE THEM TO DEATH! WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER MANDI WHO IS 13, SADIE WHO IS A 3 YEAR OLD BLACK LAB AND OUR CHOCOLATE /SILVER LAB NAMED DORIE WHO IS ALMOST 2. I ENJOY SPENDING TIME AT HOME WITH MY HUSBAND AND PUPS AND BEING AROUND MY DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS MUCH AS I CAN. I ENJOY MY JOB AND THE PEOPLE I WORK FOR WORK WITH AND THE CUSTOMERS. I APPRECIATE MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT ALWAYS WELCOME NEW ONES. WITH MY JOB AS A SERVICE WRITER THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT ALWAYS LEARNING NEW THINGS AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE. I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE TESTING AND TRAINING WITH TOYOTA AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. MY FIRST FEW YEARS WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WROTE SERVICE FOR HONDA WHICH I ALSO ENJOYED BUT I AM HAPPY TO BE WITH AND STAYED WITH TOYOTA.

Lisa was so helpful and had some great customer service. I had to bring my kid to the appointment with me and it was so great that the dealership has a separate playroom for kids. Sent my son to Serra Toyota but he went to the wrong dealership and ended up here and know one told him he didn't have a reservation and clearly was at the wrong dealership. Cost me $50 for an oil chang dealership and ended up here and know one told him he didn't have a reservation and clearly was at the wrong dealership. Cost me $50 for an oil change but Serra Toyota would have done for free due to lifetime oil change agreement. They could clearly see he was serviced in the past by Don Jacobs Toyota(Serra now). I wasn't happy but you live and learn. Ziegler Toyota dropped the ball well so did my son but what does he know he's only 16. More

Linda is great! ! She always helps us with any issues that we have and answers all of our questions. This past service we were there for was to fix a nail in our ti ! We were trying to leave on a road trip and we brought the car in and the tire was fixed in less than and hour! We always love the quality service and the help we get from our agent Linda!! More
