WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER MANDI WHO IS 13, SADIE WHO IS A 3 YEAR OLD BLACK LAB AND OUR CHOCOLATE /SILVER LAB NAMED DORIE WHO IS ALMOST 2. I ENJOY SPENDING TIME AT HOME WITH MY HUSBAND AND PUPS AND BEING AROUND MY DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS MUCH AS I CAN. I ENJOY MY JOB AND THE PEOPLE I WORK FOR WORK WITH AND THE CUSTOMERS. I APPRECIATE MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT ALWAYS WELCOME NEW ONES. WITH MY JOB AS A SERVICE WRITER THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT ALWAYS LEARNING NEW THINGS AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE. I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE TESTING AND TRAINING WITH TOYOTA AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. MY FIRST FEW YEARS WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WROTE SERVICE FOR HONDA WHICH I ALSO ENJOYED BUT I AM HAPPY TO BE WITH AND STAYED WITH TOYOTA.

Our 5th Toyota vehicle from Racine Toyota We've been contacted many times by Racine Toyota to sell back our 2014 RAV4, but the deal was only on one side. After few discussions, thanks to Aaro We've been contacted many times by Racine Toyota to sell back our 2014 RAV4, but the deal was only on one side. After few discussions, thanks to Aaron to have made this deal possible with a good deal for both the garage and us, and to have also initiated a good deal as well for our new vehicle (Tundra Platinum 2018). They worked with me There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to ask to get a price match. Positive-they matched the price. Negative-the parts department ordered the wrong part and I had to come in 2 separate times to get repairs done because the wrong part was ordered at first. I asked if I could get a free oil change for my trouble, Ashley asked the manager if he could do that and he gave me a $50 credit instead. This is a positive. To make my experience better, I would have preferred that the parts department match the price without me asking and that if there is an error from the service department (such as ordering the wrong part), that Toyota would offer a credit without me having to ask. They did take care of me after I asked, I would feel better knowing that it’s also Toyota’s goal to take care of me too. More
