I HAVE THREE DOGS WHICH ARE MY FUR BABIES, LOVE THEM TO DEATH! WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER MANDI WHO IS 13, SADIE WHO IS A 3 YEAR OLD BLACK LAB AND OUR CHOCOLATE /SILVER LAB NAMED DORIE WHO IS ALMOST 2. I ENJOY SPENDING TIME AT HOME WITH MY HUSBAND AND PUPS AND BEING AROUND MY DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS MUCH AS I CAN. I ENJOY MY JOB AND THE PEOPLE I WORK FOR WORK WITH AND THE CUSTOMERS. I APPRECIATE MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT ALWAYS WELCOME NEW ONES. WITH MY JOB AS A SERVICE WRITER THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT ALWAYS LEARNING NEW THINGS AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE. I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE TESTING AND TRAINING WITH TOYOTA AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. MY FIRST FEW YEARS WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WROTE SERVICE FOR HONDA WHICH I ALSO ENJOYED BUT I AM HAPPY TO BE WITH AND STAYED WITH TOYOTA.

Yes they tend to upsell services recommending them possibly early but I have never had them attempt to recommend a service that wasn't needed. The service crew definitely ensures that our cars stay running well. More

Hassel free purchase with Edgar Edgar is the most humble and nicest person i know. He was able to work with me to get the model and color I required for a new 2018 Camry. He worked within my constraints as I had work schedule tied in during the discussions. He also came in on his off days to ensure the car hand over was handled well not only him but Jacob and all the Sales Manager helped me a-lot to locate the color and model i wanted from different dealerships. I really can’t thank enough Edgar for his hard work in maintaining my car very clean inside and out every-time i visit this dealership. It would be a huge loss to Toyota to lose great sales associates like Edgar and Jacob. Joel and Linda with Service always help me with free car washes and get the correct needs for my car. Overall everyone is very professional and sensitive to my needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for your next Toyota ride. More

Fast, efficient, correct. Brought in car for airbag recall. Service writer said it would take about 2 hours. They finished in less than that. Comfortable waiting area. Warm Pleasant and engaging experience I really did enjoy working with the Racine Toyota dealership when purchasing our new car. The dealership is neat, clean and well laid out. However, t I really did enjoy working with the Racine Toyota dealership when purchasing our new car. The dealership is neat, clean and well laid out. However, the salepeople really elevated my opinion of helping us through the process of purchasing our vehicle. We were looking for one with a particular color features and it needed to be a hybrid. That particular car was not on their lot so Calvin went to Illinois to pick up the car we are looking for that very evening. The next day Edgar showed me the car and had it ready for a test drive-yes this was the one! Followup has been outstanding as Calvin made sure everything was working perfect. This is the second car we bought from Racine Toyota and when we are in need of another vehicle it will be a Toyota from this dealership. More
