Very cooperative, they look out for their customer when my lease was due they called me ahead of time and informed me of a deal that would be coming and arrange for me to come in and get my third Mercedes my lease was due they called me ahead of time and informed me of a deal that would be coming and arrange for me to come in and get my third Mercedes from them. They are wonderful family owned dealership. The whole staff is very helpful from the owner to the sales team down to the concierge and the service department. More

They went over and beyond to find a cause for the damage to my car. Instead of assuming the most obvious reason they really investigated to make sure. Turned out being the least obvious cause.
