Everyone was nice and professional, appreciated everyone's help with my car. Linda helped me get situated and the service team got my car fixed up. The estimated wait time ran double what I was ori everyone's help with my car. Linda helped me get situated and the service team got my car fixed up. The estimated wait time ran double what I was originally told which was a little inconvenient but I understand that estimates aren't always accurate--just wish I was able to get an update rather than having to wait around for an extra hour than I had planned for. Still appreciative of all the help everyone provided and the car was great after! More

Great service. Friendly employees who were experienced and knew what they were doing. I walked into to Princeton Mercedes for a minor technical help. Robert Lisi came out twice to help and find a resolution within 15 minutes and I was on my way.
