My advisor Linda Tague was wonderful! Looking forward to working with her in the future. Would have rated 5 stars if a loaner car had been provided - Brian McCoy called and informed me Looking forward to working with her in the future. Would have rated 5 stars if a loaner car had been provided - Brian McCoy called and informed me loaner will not be provided due to age of the vehicle - doesn't make sense to me - I spent $2500 for the repairs and don't see why dealership would not provide loaner to a paying customer. Furthermore the car was purchased at the dealership and serviced there for 8 years post purchase. Prior to this vehicle, we had leased other vehicles from the dealership - plenty of business provided to dealership to support loaner privilege. Loaners can only help with future sale by allowing customer to try out new vehicles. More

My husband and I have been dealing with this dealership for years since 2003. Everyone is always pleasant from the receptionist, to the dropping off gentleman, and the parts representatives and sales team for years since 2003.
