Everyone was nice and professional, appreciated everyone's help with my car. Linda helped me get situated and the service team got my car fixed up. The estimated wait time ran double what I was originally told which was a little inconvenient but I understand that estimates aren't always accurate--just wish I was able to get an update rather than having to wait around for an extra hour than I had planned for.
