However, once we made a decision and agreed to purchase the vehicle, we felt that we became a number instead of valued clients. What seemed to me like small requests were met with short responses. Then, when we returned to pick up the van and finalize financing, we again felt like we were treated well. I know that Mohawk Honda is a busy and popular place, but my experience in the middle of the process left me feeling annoyed. In the end, we are happy with our purchase and I hope to be a long term customer. More
