I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30. No one contacted me about the status of my vehicle. At 5 pm I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle and I was told the vehicle would requi No one contacted me about the status of my vehicle. I had not been told that the vehicle would be required to be held overnight and therefore wasn't prepared to be without the vehicle for another day. I would've appreciated being notified sooner. I was out two days of work because of this issue with my vehicle. I also have said this before. Your service department is NOT the least expensive but actually the most expensive in the area. Not competitive at all. I've had other issues with your service department prior to this. Seriously considering going somewhere lease with my maintenance and service needs. More

Like I said they either lied to me or that Technician is incompetent. They said they had to order a piece of equipment so they could inject dye into the ac system. Come on lol.
