This place sucks wendell Don't waste your time or hard-earned money at this place I brought a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited with 50 mi in already had a antifreeze leak Don't waste your time or hard-earned money at this place I brought a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited with 50 mi in already had a antifreeze leak antifreeze all in my driveway they took the car to fix it they gave me one story after another would refuse to give me my money back and give me another vehicle on a brand new vehicle finally I got my vehicle back with expired registration no sticker on my windshield all things that they're supposed to do when you buy a brand new car my salesperson who is Luis Cavalli do not do business with this place they will sell you one lie after another just to get your money and then after that all bets are off I've never been to a worst car deal in my life I would have been better off at a used car dealer than this new car dealer place stay far far far away from this dealership. I also asked to speak to the owner in which they refuse to let me speak to the owner who sat down at the table and shook my hand and told me if I had any problems to make sure that I call him they refuse to do that. More

I walked into the dealership and met Stephen Vitale, a very friendly and knowledgable product specialist. Stephen made me feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. After picking a truck and taking a test drive, I leased a beautiful silver Ram Quad Cab 4x4. Stephan explained all the features and details of the truck and answered all my questions thoroughly. The terms and payments were to my liking and the deal was easy and enjoyable. Paul Andrade made the finance part super easy and he was equally enjoyable to work with. At the end Blake Gardner, the General Sales Manager came over and thanked me for my purchase. I really appreciated that. Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. First CDJR is a great, no pressure dealership that I highly recommend. Very happy! More
