Lindsay and my finance person were great. I would request that Brad checks out his detailing department, because they get 0 starts. Everything was still dirty. It didn’t look like they even attempted to shampoo the seats, the cup holder and under it were disgusting as was the piece on the dash. It took 3 times to get the cup holders cleaned. I didn’t even push for the rest. $50K spent on a truck and I had to “raise cane to get a spare key. I was told “it’s a used car, you get what it comes with.” Absolutely wrong answer and it almost cost them a sale. They did however top off my tank without a word. Otherwise, I would consider buying here again, so long as Lindsay was my sales lady. She made it a simple process. More
