Tyler was my advisor for my April 13th visit; he covered politely and without pressure the services that are recommended - a pleasure to work with! I left a sweatshirt with counted cross stitch embroidery politely and without pressure the services that are recommended - a pleasure to work with! I left a sweatshirt with counted cross stitch embroidery at the dealership on that visit. The sweatshirt had very special memories for me and Nastassia Justice recognized it as being very special and saved it for me. I am so grateful! In 2015 I was experiencing health issues due to an accident that totaled my 2001 RAV4. Family Toyota did all the good to quickly put me in a new vehicle. My expectations for Family Toyota service and sales are extremely high! Thank you for showing your customers respect and dealing with us honestly. Elaine More
