From the start, the receptionists at the front desk greeted me with genuine smiles and were so quick to assist me. Then, I had the pleasure to meet and work with Shawn. Shawn is astonishing, he is very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and more importantly patient as I had a lot of questions and concerns. He had took the time to explain everything to me from beginning to end. The differences between financing and leasing, the pros and cons. He made everything clear for me and his answers were nothing but honest. Then, I met with Lisa, she is a pleasure to work with, she is very honest, courteous and was very helpful in helping me make my purchase. Signing the papers with Adam was also a great experience, very patient going over all details with me, and gave me great advice based on his personal experience. Overall, this place is awesome, the people there are friendly. Although exciting, buying a car could be a bit stressful, but everybody there made my whole experience very pleasant, and stress-free. More

Easy and worthwhile trip from NH Always hated the drive from seacoast NH to Nashua Infiniti so when it was time to turn in my sons 2013 G-37 lease and replace with same CPO G-37 I s Always hated the drive from seacoast NH to Nashua Infiniti so when it was time to turn in my sons 2013 G-37 lease and replace with same CPO G-37 I suggested we try Kelly. While the drive is 10 miles longer it is so much easier cruising down I-95 with Infinity BOSE cranked up. Very impressed by the first class facility, staff and great selection of G-37s. Negotiated a win win price with Andy on CPO 2013. We saved more than 2K $$ from the AS IS end of lease purchase price for the same car with NAV ,certified and 2 yrs of free oil changes. Been back twice since purchase for service. Best service I have experienced. More

My first I Whether or not the purchase of a new car is a good investment is as much about service after the sale as it is choosing the right car. My first Infiniti purchase was in 1997. Bought a new Q 45 for, well, $45,000 dollars. Still own and drive it everyday. It has a quarter million miles on it and drives like a bullet. Based on that very positive experience we tried a 2014 Q 50s. Wow. What a car. The technology and drivability is really stunning. As with many new models the car had a nagging issue that turned out to be a hard to find engine vacuum leak. Finding the problem took several months and 10 or so service appointments. With that kind of experience you might expect me to have a negative feeling about the car and the manufacturer in general. In fact the opposite was true. Kelly Infiniti treated me like a partner in the challenge of getting the car fixed and spared no effort or expense making sure we didnt suffer because our car was constantly in the shop. After it was fixed we really fell in love with the car and continued to have an extremely positive experience every time we have it serviced at Kelly. I have yet to find the limit to which this team is willing to go to make things right. Making a good investment in a car is a tricky business. My old Q45 has cost me, to date, 18 cents a mile to drive. But it would never have gotten this far without a great service partner like I have at this dealership. At Kelly the extre expense of servicing my car at the dealership has always been more than made up by how quickly and correctly they fix the problem. When you drive a car for 20 years you also appreciate the importance of original parts. They really last a lot longer than the cheaper alternatives. These virtues have saved my both time, money, and contributed to the safety of my car over the long run. Suffice it to say Im a life long fan. Randy Johnson More

Nothing but praise! I have been buying or leasing from Kelly Infiniti since 1998. The service is top notch and the facilities are the best. I can't say enough good about the experience I have had there, Lisa Avola is the general manager and she treats me more like a friend than just a customer. Besides the fact that driving an Infiniti is a pleasure, what else can I say? Dave Petillo was my service contact and his attention to detail was unprecedented. He also treated me with respect. I am recuperating from back surgery and they all went out of their way to help me in what ever way they could. More
