Unethical Practices Brought my car in for body work. Discovered afterward that the paint had been applied incorrectly. It is now cracking and peeling. The cost to have it repaired professionally will now be much greater because of the additional damage they did. Do not buy a car from them! More

The Service Writer/Advisor was very thorough and helped with follow-up from prior visits. All service was completed as expected and in the time allotted. A loaner car was not available because another client had not returned the vehicle. Kelly arranged a daily rental and paid for it which was a great help. Overall it was an excellent experience. More

Over The Top I have been with Kelly Infinity for 5 years now and have never had any issues that this dealership has not been able to address. Not only are the rec I have been with Kelly Infinity for 5 years now and have never had any issues that this dealership has not been able to address. Not only are the receptionists respectful, helpful, and genuinely concerned that the customer receive the best Kelly Infinity has to offer, but the service department cannot be beat in regard to their fairness in price, professionalism in diagnosing & taking care of my car issues when they arise. The latest incident just happened last week when I had just gotten out of an exhausting day of ministry and my G37X would not start. I knew if I could get my car jumped before 7PM, Kelly would be able to extend a loaner car to me. As promised not only was a car waiting for me, but one of the staff members waited for me to show up to see how they could assist me even after their quitting time. They kept my car for two days and went through every test they had in trying to discover why it would not start. They finally diagnosed my issue and when I went back to pick up my Infinity, I expected to be paying a lot of money for the various diagnostic tests. To my overwhelming surprise there was NO charge for the work done on my car. I own a 5 star car, but get a 6 star service EVERY TIME I have it serviced at Kelly Infinity. I know where my next car will come from when the one I am presently driving needs to be replaced; the Infinity dealership at Brian Kelly Infinity.
