very disappointed.. considering how long I’ve been a loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest in helping solve my problem fairly w/o it costing me a ton of money.. my truck developed some mechanical issues too soon for its age.. and Ford would not take any responsibility.. This dealership uses false advertising to get you in the door and then prices gouges the MSRP sticker price. I was told by internet sales rep that a vehicle I was interested in was available at the website door and then prices gouges the MSRP sticker price. I was told by internet sales rep that a vehicle I was interested in was available at the website advertised/posted price of $35, 305, and that was before discounts/negotiations. After driving an hour to the dealership, and After test driving the vehicle and being prepared to pay sticker price, I was told by the Salesman and the GM, that i would have to pay an additional $5000 just for the privilege of purchasing the vehicle. Herb Chambers also removed the manufacturers window sticker from the vehicle in direct violation of mass laws. HERB CHAMBERS Ford in Braintree are scammers, using deceptive sales techniques. I will be filing complains with attorney general's office, FTC, BBB and the Ford Corporate Office. DONT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS!! More
