I have a recall and The TSB bulletin I pulled from the National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . I called ford manufacturer and they told me that they are not suppose National Highway Trafffic Safety Administration they refused to take my truck . Also on top of this they made me a appointment on a Thursday to come in for a Monday for 9am so when I got there I was there for about 30 mins then they tell me that they refuse to work on my car and fix the Tsb bulletin for my truck. very disappointed.. considering how long I’ve been a loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest in helping solve my problem fairly w/o it costing me a ton of money.. my truck developed some mechanical issues too soon for its age.. and Ford would not take any responsibility..
