Initial contact was through email and by phone with Lisa Chamberlain, the internet sales manager. She had the model I was looking for in stock in the color I wanted and with the all the features I was looking for. She quoted me the best price of any dealer around, including the Costco dealer! We set up a time for me and my wife to visit the dealership a few days later and met Lisa who introduced us to Nathaniel Gamble, and Rick Mansueto who helped in the car buying process. Everyone was so friendly and courteous, and really took their time explaining all the features of the different models my wife looked at and test drove. They gave us fair values for our trade-ins, great rebate incentives and we ended up purchasing 2 new cars. Even after the deals were done, the followup was great and the taking delivery of the new vehicles went very smoothly. Everyone in the service department was super friendly and very helpful! Overall the best car buying experience we ever had! The customer service was the best we ever experienced! Thanks so much to everyone who helped us! More

Last week I responded to an internet ad for a 2010 Towncar that turned out to be a low mileage beauty, baby blue, black cloth 1/2 top, extremely clean interior, with very nice leather seats, and low mileage which was a prerequisite of mine showing only 47,000. Lisa Chamberlain the Director of Buisnes Devlopment. ( internet specialist ) was very helpful, sending me the requested pictures that I asked for, leading me to feel comfortable making the 133 mile trek to Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree , Mass. Upon my scheduled arrival, Nathaniel Gamble was waiting for me and was a pleasure to have as my salesmen, Nate was Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions about the car, even arranging the car to be raised on a lift for my inspection. During the evaluation of my trade , Wayne Lockard and I enjoyed a few minutes reminiscing about the good old days of the muscle car era. Interestingly, it turned out that we had been , almost neighbors, having lived in the same town in Connecticut. Eric Digirolamo, the sales manager, was more than willing to entertain my trade in, and in a short time we hammered out a mutually agreeable compromise leading to me purchasing the car on Saturday, a gentleman named Jim drove to Connecticut on Tuesday to deliver the car and pickup my trade , he was more than patient, assistaning me with the Ct. emissions process and the registration of my new Lincoln. In closing, I have purchased more than my share of cars from various manufacturers, and Herb Chambers Ford has been head and shoulders above ANY previous dealership I have done business with. I would like to HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in a new or used car to seriously consider taking the ride to one Herb’s dealerships !!! I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Jean my sales representative was a complete gentleman to deal with as well. Almost every person we talked to there was not the typical pressure salesman that promised the world without being able to produce, instead everything Lisa promised happened and if she could not do something shew was very up front and honest. Anthony in finance was very thorough in explaining everything i was signing every question I asked he was ready right away with an answer. This dealership is far from the typical expectation, they are fantastic to deal with and a pleasure to do business with. Again I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford. More
