Helping To Re-Establish My Credit!!! I went on Newton Fords website looking for used cars to see if I could upgrade my car and try to re-establish my credit. My salesperson, Lisa Cook co I went on Newton Fords website looking for used cars to see if I could upgrade my car and try to re-establish my credit. My salesperson, Lisa Cook communicated with me via text, just like I had requested. Never once did she push or ask me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. When I went to the dealership after work the car was ready for a test drive. She was respectful of my time by having car on with AC running when I got there. After a quick test drive I left the dealership satisfied that I had found the car but needed to discuss the purchase with my husband. They offered to let me take the car overnight, but I didn't want to. Again no pressure, just trying to make sure I was completely comfortable with the choice I had made. I was embarrassed to discuss my credit issues with the Manager, but Barry Huber never made me feel uneasy or like I was "being punished" because of my credit. I was amazed when 15 minutes later we were in the finance office with the car I wanted, and the terms I wanted! They have earned my business for years to come!!! More
