Quick and easy purchase I emailed the dealership for a price quote and received a quick response that was a fair price, on the low end of True Car ranges. Lisa asked me week I emailed the dealership for a price quote and received a quick response that was a fair price, on the low end of True Car ranges. Lisa asked me weekly, without pestering, if I wanted to take a test drive. By the time I got there a few weeks later the car I was looking at was sold but she was able to set aside the one on the lot most similar (within $50 of the original quote.). It was a busy day when I got there but she didn't have me wait or pressure me - I said I did my research and just needed time with the car so she gave me the keys and let me decide. Between the emails, visit and test drive, I must have spent less than an hour total on the decision. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had to get the car I wanted at a fair price. More

Above and Beyond Lisa and Ray went beyond and above what would have been a good sales experience. In fact, it was as much because of them that we've bought our second Lisa and Ray went beyond and above what would have been a good sales experience. In fact, it was as much because of them that we've bought our second new Outback with them. They ordered the car we wanted and kept it for us so we could have it back when we returned in the spring...and so much more have they done !! We'll be back to buy our next new Subaru with them, that's FOR SURE !! I'm a musician and I often say "It's not the notes, but it's the sense of Harmony that matters."
