I am completely dissatisfied with my car buying experience on 6/11/2021 @ DCH Brunswick Toyota when I purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla The day I purchased the Corolla, I was told that the vehicle experience on 6/11/2021 @ DCH Brunswick Toyota when I purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla The day I purchased the Corolla, I was told that the vehicle was not a CPO vehicle and that I would need to pay extra to make it a CPO, despite the fact that DCH's website clearly advertised the car as CPO. Julyssa and her manager finally came around and told me the car was CPO. This was very misleading and, in my opinion, downright dishonest. The Corolla had dents on the driver side door. I told DCH I would buy the Corolla provided they agreed to fix the dents at no additional costs. They agreed and I got the agreement in writing (a We Owe statement). I brought the Corolla in on 8/2 to get the dents fixed. When I was shown the finished work, it became obvious that my definition of fixed and DCH's definition of fixed were polar opposites. All they did was try to smooth out the dent. There was no sanding, no painting involved. I expected to see a door that showed no sign of a dent ever being there and I was very disappointed in the finished work. I spoke with Lisa the GM and she told me DCH performed the work that was promised. If you feel like getting taken advantage of, then DCH is the dealer for you. Otherwise I suggest taking your Toyota business elsewhere. More

Buyer Beware!!! Charlatans work at DCH Brunswick Toyota. When I bought my 2nd vehicle from this dealer, a 2020 Rav4 TRD they made a $1200 mistake on my negotiated price with trade in (my 2015 Rav4LE with on When I bought my 2nd vehicle from this dealer, a 2020 Rav4 TRD they made a $1200 mistake on my negotiated price with trade in (my 2015 Rav4LE with only 9k miles on it. The double-talk BS the General Manager gave me turned into $400 refund but I let them get away with that one. Now, after my 2nd BAD SERVICE experience with this dealer I will be taking my business to another highly-rated Toyota dealer for service. This dealer has service advisors that act like they were just fired from working at McDonalds. DCH Brunswick Toyota's service has deteriorated so low to the point of not caring or listening to their service customers. I seriously doubt I will buy a Toyota again due to the bad taste left in my mouth from my last service visit on 2/10/21. More
